"Everyone was very nice and friendly, had a 12 pm appt. Waited more than 15 minutes to get in a room and my 8 wk old was offered treats (to gain trust) but no one even asked if it was okay. ( he has a very sensitive stomach) and waited another 20 minutes for doc up come in. Everything was really great it was, but didn't think appointments would take that long and while I understand the treat method, i think we should have been asked first. Besides those 2 constructive criticisms you guys do rock. "
